HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
We generaly only ship on fridays, and add:
• US 5-10 Business Days Shipping
• EU 2-7 Business Days Shipping
• Rest of the World 5 - 12 Business Days Shipping
*we can not guaranty these times, but these are estimated by the Austrian Post.
ARE FRAMES INCLUDED WHEN I BUY THE PRINTS?
No, we sell the Art prints or other limited art items.

WHERE CAN I BUY THE FRAMES YOU HAVE IN THE ADS/PHOTOS?
The frames are called "Nielson C2". I recommend you visit a local frame shop in your city or Google "Nielson C2" to see if you can find any similar ones in your country. refer to the sizing of the edition artwork to find the right size.
Tipp: concider using a passpartout to be able to use a bigger frame (I personnaly prefer this kind of framing) and you are not limited to the original size of the limited artwork.
HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?
They are rolled and shipped out in a thick and protective cardboard tube to protect them against damages.
WRONG PRODUCT OR OTHER PROBLEMS WITH THE ORDER?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident. Read more about our shipping here:
ARE THE ARTWORKS SIGNED?
every limited edition piece is numbered & signed by the artist + a certificate is included.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please contact us
immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Register your return via email@example.com. After registration you will receive an email containing instructions and address details. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return Item must be in perfect condition & well-protected.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All customers according to the austrian law have 14 days to regret their buyings. The 14 days starts from the day you buy the product. We will refund the amount back to you within 14 days after your cancellation. The product you wish to return must be returned to us within 14 days after you're cancellation. The product must be in the perfect condition. All costs related to the return will happen on your own account. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the address for shipping back your artwork.
We don’t accept returns on art prints if the package is opened up because the art print can get scratches and finger prints on it. You can only return the art print if the tube isn’t opened up.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION.
If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us
at email@example.com to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to fix the email address on file and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.
CAN I ORDER ANY ARTWORK WITH MY OWN DIMENSIONS OR DESIGNS?
I don't offer custom work in the cathegory of prints, I currently only have one series of original artworks where I love to create for the space where this artwort will hang (maybe your home, your collection, your office)
